Delivery charges vary for each product and are visible on the product page. Delivery charges may be nil for certain products or some nominal charges may apply.

Delivery time for a product depends on:

  • Time taken to procure the item
  • Time taken to ship by courier service
  • Location of the product
  • Location of the customer

Based on these factors, an estimated delivery time frame will be given to the customer.

No Hidden Charges

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on CraftShades.

Shipping Locations

Normally we ship to all India. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be informed within 24 hours and your order will be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Certain locations may not be covered under COD, as it depends on our courier partner's ability to accept cash payments at the time of delivery.

Returns

Returns are easy! Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once your return request is initiated.
